This page sets out the terms and conditions (Website Terms) on which we, Reward Supply Co Pty Ltd ACN 010 183 669 (T/A Reward Hospitality) and our related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (Reward Hospitality, Reward, We and Us), provide access to our website (www.rewardhospitality.co.nz) (Website).

•    Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights on the Website and in the material published on it (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by Us or our licensors. Excessive viewings or logins by you may be construed by us as fraudulent use of the Website, which may result in the immediate cancellation or suspension of your account without refund or prior notice to you.

While We try to ensure the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, We do not undertake any obligation to do so, and we will not be liable to you if the Website is unavailable or otherwise not fully or properly functioning at any time or for any period.

Reward Hospitality NZ aims to include up-to-date pictures of all goods advertised on the Website.  From time to time there may be pictures on the Website which
differ from the actual goods being advertised.  We recommend you read all descriptions of goods carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Website Terms affects your statutory rights, including rights relating to the consumer guarantees applicable to the supply of goods and services.

6.2.    Exclusion of liability 
Subject to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law more generally, We will under no circumstances be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the Website (including the use, inability to use or the results of the use of the Website) for:

We may terminate or suspend (at our absolute discretion) your access to the Website immediately by notifying you in writing (including by email) if we believe in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Website Terms.
