Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange the item/s you have purchased you can do so up to 14 days after delivery, conditions stated below.  

  • The item/s must be unused and in the original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • A restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of freight, handling and other costs.
  • To arrange a refund or credit simply complete this form within 14 days of delivery or call 0800 428 733 to speak to our Customer Service Team.  

Please choose carefully, some items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased from the ‘Scratch and Dent' section of our website cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Special Order & Non-Stocked items like those Shipped From Supplier or Z prefix codes, cannot be returned or exchanged

As a customer, you are entitled to request a refund, repair, replacement if there is a major failure in respect of any goods purchased from Us.  A major failure is when goods are:

  • faulty or unsafe;
  • materially different from the goods as they were advertised or promoted by Us; or
  • substantially unfit for the purpose for which they were sold by Us.

Incorrectly supplied items – if we have accidentally supplied the wrong product to you we will supply the correct product (where it is available). 

  • The incorrectly supplied item/s must be unused and in it's original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for a refund.
