In November 2022 we proudly announced Southern Hospitality would join Reward Hospitality as part of the ECF Asia Pacific Group. As part of this exciting union we have taken this opportunity to streamline our categories and provide you with an increased and more efficient product offering.

Going forward, Reward Hospitality will specialise in Domestic Sinks, Rational Products, Bakery Solutions, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), and Service & Spare Parts. All products and categories that fall outside of this specialist offering will be provided through Southern Hospitality. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Reward Hospitality will supply customers in the following categories

Will this change impact me as a customer?

The main change will be customers in Hospitality, Accommodation/Hotel, Care, Education, Corporate Caterers, Government, Project Sales, and Export Sectors will be transacting on the Southern Hospitality website for related products. 

When searching for products that are now only available from Southern Hospitality, you will be redirected from the Reward Hospitality website to the Southern Hospitality website. You'll see a pop-up message when this redirection occurs to advise you're leaving the Reward Hospitality website to the Southern Hospitality website. 

The Southern Hospitality Customer Experience Team is available to assist with queries related to their website and products. Email [email protected] or phone 0800 503 335. What will be changing and when?

From Monday 2nd October, our website will redirect you to the Southern Hospitality website for products that are now being looked after by our colleagues (as outlined above). Registered accounts will have received an email with registration details to sign up for a Southern Hospitality account with new customer ID. Please note, registered customers will notice a change to the presentation of delivery dockets and invoices. 

Products purchased from Southern Hospitality will be invoiced by Southern Hospitality. Reward Hospitality will invoice you for products purchased from our division. 

Why the change?

As always, we are focused on providing our customers the best service and products at the best prices. This change allows us to streamline our operations, allowing our customers an improved customer experience. 

Can I still collect from Reward Hospitality East Tamaki?

Absolutely. Anything ordered from the Reward Hospitality website can still be collected from East Tamaki and we welcome you Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
